Dave Isaacs is the Founder and Director of INov8 Winter Percussion. He was originally a classically trained pianist, and has been playing now for 27 years. He marched snare drum at Capital Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps their first season in Division I, Madison Scouts under Colin McNutt and Lee Beddis, and finished his marching career at RhythmX on snare, as part of the first WGI group to tour Europe in 2007, and winning their first gold medal in 2008.

Dave has been teaching and arranging for the better part of the last two decades, and has had the privilege to work with State and BOA champions, as well as a few World Class Drum Corps and WGI ensembles. He currently resides in Louisville, Kentucky where he serves as the Percussion Director and Designer at Floyd Central High School (Floyds Knobs, Indiana) and is a percussion arranger and sound designer for various other programs. “I’m excited for the opportunity to join such a talented staff at Genesis, and look forward to seeing what the design team can accomplish this season, and in the future."
